Founded in 1985, Gourmet Patisserie has earned a reputation for excellence in luxury desserts. Under the direction of renowned pastry chef Yvon Coignard since 2005, the company has consistently grown in size and expanded its range of refined creations.

We proudly serve many of London and the South East’s finest food and beverage establishments, delivering excellence daily in temperature-controlled vehicles.

Yvon Coignard

Managing Director & Owner

Yvon Coignard is a classically trained French pastry chef with over 35 years of international experience. After beginning his career in Normandy, he held leading roles in prestigious hotels as Executive Pastry chef including Le Meridien Piccadilly, Intercontinental Cairo, The Hilton on Park Lane and the Four Seasons Park Lane in London.

In 2005, he acquired The Gourmet Patisserie, growing it into a renowned supplier of luxury desserts. A recipient of the Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole, Yvon is recognised for his contribution to the patisserie industry in both France and the UK.
