About Gourmet Patisserie
Founded in 1985, Gourmet Patisserie has earned a reputation for excellence in luxury desserts. Under the direction of renowned pastry chef Yvon Coignard since 2005, the company has tripled in size and expanded its range of refined creations.
In 2025, Mauro Di Lieto, winner of Bake Off: The Professionals 2023, joined the team, bringing with him a wealth of experience from some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens. Together, they lead a patisserie dedicated to craftsmanship, creativity, and consistency.
